1918 ~ MARGARET CAVAN ~ 2017

Margaret Cavan of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Lionel Cavan, passed away on Saturday, November 18th, 2017 at the age of 99 years. Margaret leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Elaine Nieman; six grandchildren, Nicole (Brad) Ambrosi, Wendy (Shawn) Weiss, Heather Nieman, Lance (Lana) Cavan, Jennifer Cavan, and Dan (Erin) Cavan; ten great-grandchildren, Justis, Jarod, Mackenzie, Lacie, Rayna, Ryder, Beau, Brenna, Kinley, and Hoyt; one sister, Anne Zahn; one daughter-in-law, Colleen Cavan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Lionel Cavan; her son, Warren Cavan; her parents, Robert and Caroline Baumbach; her son-in-law, Mick Nieman; as well as numerous siblings. Margaret was born and raised in Medicine Hat. She worked at various jobs until marrying Lionel on September 5th, 1939. They lived in Dunmore for twelve years before moving to the Cavan Ranch where they remained until 1996. Margaret was a very spunky lady and a typical, old-time rancher’s wife…if you were there at mealtime you were fed. She loved gardening, flowers, golfing, bowling, knitting, and was a member of the Hillbilly Band. Margaret will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Hillside Cemetery on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017 with Gary W. Goran officiating. 1920 ~ IDA KLEISTER ~ 2017

Ida Kleister of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Otto Kleister, passed away on Saturday, November 18th, 2017 at the age of 97 years. Ida leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Ella (Richard) Belau and Ida (Joel) Simmons, and their families. The Funeral Service will be held at ST. PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH on Friday, November 24th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Shane Hein officiating. 1930 ~ EDMOND MAUCH ~ 2017

Edmond Mauch, beloved husband of Lorraine Mauch, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 87.
Ed also leaves to cherish his memory Myrl (Peggie) Mauch, Jan (Robert) Olechowski, Rodney (Diana) Mauch. He is re-united with his son Jason Mauch, who passed away in 2006. His legacy includes his grandchildren Shawn Mauch, Tracy Mauch, Natasha (Camilo) Olechowski, Justin Olechowski, Mavreen (Wayne) Anderson, Tara (John) Greene, Tyson (Allegra) Mauch and great grandchildren Kade Anderson, Tyrell Anderson, Aleasha Anderson, Oliver Lopez.
Memorial service will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 3pm at Victory Lutheran Church.
