Mary Alice Guscott passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, November 23, 2015, at the age of 90 years. Alice will be lovingly remembered by her children, Peggy Ann Price (John Fulford) and Al (Randee) Guscott as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Tom Guscott; father, Herman Gunther and mother, Mary (Robert) Murray; brother, Alfred Gunther and her sister, Elsie “Babe” (Norm) Martens. Hazel Mary (Anderson) Babcock of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at the age of 94 years, beloved wife of the late Vic Anderson and the late Douglas Babcock. She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Tina (Al) Milley of Redcliff, Wayne (Doris) Anderson of Penticton, B.C. and Gene (Lorraine) Anderson of Nelson, B.C.; her stepchildren Peter Babcock of Finch, Ontario and Doris (Wayne) Anderson of Penticton, B.C.; step son-in-law Ray Neratko of Invermere; twelve grandchildren, Connie Lang, Kristina Babcock, Julie (Kevin) Joustra, Shawn Babcock, Jake Anderson, Tammy Anderson (Ken), Dawn Anderson (Shayne Prince), Michelle (Tyson) Ksenych, Jeff (Megan) Anderson, Keri (Kier) Jenkins, Mike (Sharlene) Anderson and Jesse (Rob) Squires and twenty three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and William Middleton; her first husband Hans Ova “Vic” Anderson on September 24, 1969 and her second husband Doug Babcock on September 2, 2012; one son, Greg (Izzie) Anderson; one step daughter Caroline Neratko and step daughter-in-law Lynda Babcock. Her family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Good Samaritan for the excellent care given to Hazel. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. with Fr. Jonathan Prescott officiating. Interment will follow in the Redcliff Cemetery. Ralph Otto Henry Grubel was born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan on February 14, 1928 and peacefully passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the age of 87 years. Along with his beloved wife, Jane, Ralph leaves to cherish his memory: son, Floyd Rath; daughter, Joanne (Tom) McKee; granddaughters, Sarah and Kelly McKee; brother, Herb (Carol) Grubel as well as numerous other close family members and good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Alvina and John Henry Grubel; four sisters, Merle, Elsie, Vera and Emma as well as two brothers, Alvin and Albert. Harvey Stolz of Medicine Hat formerly of Edmonton, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at the age of 73 years. He leaves to cherish is memory his three sisters, Alice Yake of Oyen, Lorraine McCulloch of Lethbridge and Adeline Neamtu of Edmonton; his nieces and nephews Coral “Jake” Yake, Penny Yake, Perry Yake, Kimberley Cameron, Cameron McCulloch, Wanda Boire, Kevin Neamtu, Randy Stolz, Greg Koch, Garfield Koch and Darren Stolz; a special friend Linda Richards; his great nieces and nephews who adored him. Harvey was a musician his whole life and considered his fellow musicians as part of his family.
