Robert “Bob” C. Girling, loving husband of the late Audrey Girling (nee Bissett), passed away on November 18, 2015, at the age of 87 years. Hazel Mary (Anderson) Babcock of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at the age of 94 years, beloved wife of the late Vic Anderson and the late Douglas Babcock. 1928 ~ 2015
Ralph Otto Henry Grubel was born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan on February 14, 1928 and peacefully passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the age of 87 years. Along with his beloved wife, Jane, Ralph leaves to cherish his memory: son, Floyd Rath; daughter, Joanne (Tom) McKee; granddaughters, Sarah and Kelly McKee; brother, Herb (Carol) Grubel as well as numerous other close family members and good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Alvina and John Henry Grubel; four sisters, Merle, Elsie, Vera and Emma as well as two brothers, Alvin and Albert. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Thursday, November 26, 2015, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again beginning one hour prior to the service. The Funeral Service will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 27, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Shane Hein and Rev. Marcel Mitchell officiating.
