.A week ago today, family and friends gathered in the Cook Southland Reception Facility to honour and remember the life of Georgina King. Brady Anderson led those in attendance in prayer and song… There were many personal tributes shared by her close friends as well as her son, Doug. Everyone present was treated to a special song, “Danny Boy” sung by Gerry. Following the intimate service, fellowship and refreshments followed for all to enjoy.
Our hearts ache with sadness
And secret tears do flow;
And what it means to lose you
No one will ever know.
Her Life Lived…
Her Life Cherished…
Her Life Honoured.

.It has been just over one week since family and close friends joined together in Cook’s Chapel to cherish the memory of Jeannine Flaro. Pastor Julianna led those present on a journey of prayer and remembrance, touching on Jeannine’s special relationship of over 51 years with Murray… Many of Jeannine’s family prepared tributes for the Pastor to share, each one outlining special memories of how much she was loved, and how much she’ll be missed. At the reception following, family added their personal touch, ensuring that some of Jeannine’s favorite music could be heard as the fellowship continued.
“Forever remembered & loved,
A dedicated mother & wife,
Her legacy is her family,
A tribute to her life.”
Her Life Lived…
Her Life Cherished…
Her Life Honoured.

.LANGFORD
Bruce Neil Clark Langford of Lethbridge, Alberta, beloved husband for 25 years to Leanore “Lea” Langford, passed away suddenly on September 1, 2014, at the age of 63 years.
Born in Winnipeg, Bruce also resided and made friends in Port Coquitlam, BC and Medicine Hat, AB before settling in Lethbridge, AB. He loved to spend time puttering in his garage, pondering one of his many projects, which many times were realized in the renovations of Bruce and Lea’s home. His skill was often noted as expertly or professionally built.
Bruce enjoyed traveling all over Western Canada in his MG convertible, ’73 Volvo coup, and other Dodge toys over the years while listening to the Beach Boys. This included Bruce and Lea’s trip up the Alaska Hwy in 2009. Every trip to the ‘Peg’ included a stop for: a baby apple, Goog Special, Kub rye bread and only the best perogies and kielbasa with hot mustard. Always willing to help with a smile, he put his woes behind another’s joys. He loved his family so deeply, it was at times too overwhelming for him to express.
Bruce is survived by daughters Miklyn and Koryn, son Kyle (Erica), brother Paul, and nephew Chris (Keely) Langford. He was predeceased by his parents Richard and Dora Langford.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life between 1 pm and 4 pm on Sunday, September 21st, 2014 at Pops Taphouse and Grill South, 1516 9th Avenue South in Lethbridge.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Those who wish, memorial donations may be made to: St Michael’s Foundation at 1400 9th Avenue South, Lethbridge ABT1J 4V5 or phone (403) 382-6414 or (403) 382-6414.
