.It’s been over a week, but seems like just yesterday that friends and family came together at Cook’s Chapel to remember the life of Murray Richardson. A private time of remembrance at the cemetery provided family some closure before they joined their many friends at Cook’s for the celebration led by Life Celebrant Getz. Tributes to Murray through a video; words from the heart as shared by daughter, Loni and numerous musical selections specially picked by the family helped everyone present reflect on the man that Murray was and the legacy of love and friendship he leaves behind.
A workin’ man his whole life,
He’s received a well deserved rest,
In the hearts of his family,
He’ll always be the best!
His Life Lived…
His Life Cherished…
His Life Honoured.

.It’s been a few weeks now since friends and family of Winnie Davidson gathered together at Cook’s in celebration of her life. Life Celebrant Getz led the service which included special words of tribute as shared by her niece, Sharon, as well as numerous musical selections that Winnie herself had requested. After the service in Cook’s Chapel, Winnie was re-united with her late husband Roy in the beautiful Hillside Cemetery before the fellowship continued at the reception thereafter.
She was a wonderful lady,
Hard to surpass…
She left her mark on this world
With dignity and class.
Her Life Lived…
Her Life Cherished…
Her Life Honoured.

.It’s been just over a week since the Mass of Resurrection was held at Holy Family Parish in honour of the life of Phyllis Harty. At Prayers the evening prior, everyone present was treated to a special tribute from Gwen Meding as well as a video tribute prepared by Phyllis’ family. The Mass the next day included numerous beautiful congregational hymns, offering a calming reassurance that Phyllis was truly in a better place. A private time of remembrance at Hillside Cemetery was followed by a time of fellowship in the Parish Hall where another video tribute was played and many more memories were shared.
Always hold close,
The times that you shared,
With a smile in your heart,
Know how much she cared.
Her Life Lived…
Her Life Cherished…
Her Life Honoured.
