.Just as spring seems to have sprung… a new journey’s just begun. It was just one week ago that family were joined by friends at Westminster United Church as they honoured the life of their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, Auntie and friend, Viola Foster. With careful planning, Viola’s family ensured that this day would be filled with numerous wonderful and lasting memories. The celebration was filled with special poems and scripture… an informal time of tribute where the great-grandkids handed out candies and closed with a slide show of memories. A final farewell and committal was held at Hillside Cemetery, with fellowship in the Hall thereafter.
Emulate how she lived,
Honour her each and every day,
A shining star in the night’s sky,
Watching over & lighting your way.
