.Family and friends took advantage of a beautiful warm Winter’s day as they gathered together at Westminster United Church last Wednesday to honour the life of Margaret Mattson. Earlier in the day, the family were witness to a private interment, allowing the serenity of their surroundings to enhance the memory of their final farewell… Reverend Stevenson led a very personalized service at the church that saw numerous family participate through readings, words of tribute, and even handing out some freshly baked cookies (just the way Mom would have wanted it!) The fellowship continued on thereafter in the Memorial Hall where the family had a personal display ready for all to see!
As the sun sets on the horizon,
Look up and you will see,
I’m walking through the clouds,
On the path God laid for me.
Her Life Lived…
Her Life Cherished..
Her Life Honoured.
