CP NewsAlert: Vancouver police issue an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old boy

VANCOUVER — Vancouver police have issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old Theodore Lim.

Police say the boy is believed to have been abducted at a location on East Broadway by Davis Lim, but don’t say what the relationship is between the two.

They say Theodore is two feet tall and weighs about 35 pounds.

Police say the boy was wearing all grey and is on a ventilator.

The suspect is five-foot-nine inches tall with black hair and was seen wearing a green T-shirt with a white logo and black pants and shoes.

They say the man may be travelling in a 2006 blue Volkswagen Jetta with B.C. license plate 325 VCH.
