Here’s a list of January inflation rates for Canadian provinces

OTTAWA — Canada’s annual inflation rate was 1.9 per cent in January, Statistics Canada says. Here’s what happened in the provinces (previous month in brackets):

— Newfoundland and Labrador: 0.8 per cent (0.6)

— Prince Edward Island: 1.3 per cent (0.4)

— Nova Scotia: 1.3 per cent (0.9)

— New Brunswick: 0.9 per cent (1.6)

— Quebec: 1.8 per cent (1.6)

— Ontario: 1.7 per cent (1.7)

— Manitoba: 2.7 per cent (1.1)

— Saskatchewan: 2.4 per cent (1.8)

— Alberta: 2.5 per cent (2.5)

— British Columbia: 2.2 per cent (2.6)
