Police responding to report of plane crash at Toronto Pearson Airport

Peel Regional Police say they are responding to a report of a plane crash at Toronto’s Pearson Airport.

The airport says in a social media post that emergency crews are responding to an “incident upon landing” involving a Delta Air Lines plane arriving from Minneapolis.

The post says all passengers and crew are accounted for.

There was no immediate word on injuries.

Peel police would only say that they are assisting other emergency crews and referred all questions to the airport authority.

No other details about the incident were immediately available.
