The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is celebrating World Wildlife Day with a drop-in event to promote curiosity about the different species throughout the region and beyond. This free program is designed to “connect people with the natural world and inspire continued learning and action for animals and plants beyond the day,” a statement from MHIP says. Interpreters will teach and share resources about their favourite wildlife while offering fun, family-friendly activities. Any time between 2 and 3:30 p.m. on Mar. 3, those interested need only drop by the Nature Centre to participate. Donations to the non-profit organization are always welcome. 4
