New support group open for moms

A new support group aimed at providing practical strategies for everyday motherhood is beginning at the Redcliff Public Library next month.

The “Mom Squad” mother’s support group held in collaboration between Redcliff Family and Community Support Services and Medicine Hat Family Services, will host five monthly sessions featuring different topics and support strategies also known as “mom hacks.”

The support group will also offer moms parental resources and a welcoming place to connect and chat with other mothers.

The group will meet on the fifth day of each month, 10:30 a.m. to noon, February to June.
