Crews begin borehole dig in Redcliff, traffic temporarily impacted

Crews in Redcliff started digging two boreholes along Fifth Street SE on Tuesday to collect soil that will be sampled for future infrastructure projects.

Impacts to traffic are expected at the two locations along Fifth Street at the intersection with Second Avenue and near the intersection of First Avenue.

The soil gathered will be used as geotechnical data for future infrastructure upgrade projects along the road and will determine the strength and composition of soil properties.
