Snowfall was reported to end in the evening, with temperatures dropping to minus 16 degrees.
Today is expected to be sunny, with clouds and potential snow or rain falling later in the day. The expected high is plus 2, with a wind chill of as low as minus-20 in the morning.
Friday and Saturday are expected to be sunny, with temperature highs remaining below freezing through to next Tuesday.
