MHIP hosting second birdseed fundraiser

The Medicine Hat Interpretive Centre is launching their final birdseed fundraiser of the year.

“Whether you participate in project FeederWatch, the Christmas Bird Count from your backyard feeder, or simply enjoy watching the birds – we have something for everyone to enjoy,” said park interpreter Rhys Mah Poy.

With several options to choose from, those interested can fill out their purchase order by visiting the Nature Centre, calling the nature line at 403-529-6225, or visiting their social media to scan a QR code.

With winter now in full swing, our local birds may be grateful for a boost to their Feeding, said Mah Poy.

Orders are being received until January 11 at 10a.m, and proceeds go towards supporting the Interperitive Centre.
