Correction: Olde Tyme Christmas Fair and Market in December

The Medicine Hat News would like to issue a correction to an article published in the Nov. 6 edition titled “Olde Tyme Christmas launches Holiday spirited weekend.”

The article incorrectly informed readers the event occurred last night on Nov. 6.

The annual free Christmas event held by the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede runs Thursday, Dec. 4, with the market opening at 4 p.m., and events beginning at Co-op Pioneer Village at 5 p.m.

The Medicine Hat Market is hosting its annual Christmas Market beginning today at noon which will include several local small businesses selling a variety of homemade treats and unique crafts.

The Christmas Market runs at the Cypress Centre from noon to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $2 per person, however children under 12 can get in for free.
