Police seek assistance identifying man involved in altercation

Police are seeking the identity of both a man and woman pictured in these security camera screenshots outside a Redcliff gas station last Sunday afternoon.--HANDOUT PHOTOS

Medicine Hat police have released a security camera screenshot of a male wearing a baseball hat, dark jacket, blue jeans and boots who is believed to be a person of interest related to an altercation at a Redcliff gas station last Sunday.

Police say the altercation occurred at approximately 4 p.m., and the male was accompanied by unknown female at the time of the assault.

Police have also released a screenshot of the woman who was wearing a dark hoodie at the time of the incident.
