Nature walk will delve into the ecological history at Echo Dale Park

Focused on the history of the area, the Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is leading a nature walk through Echo Dale Park this Saturday.

The one-hour walk will teach participants about ecology, the past and how past Earth events have shaped the area.

Attendees will meet at the top parking lot at 1 p.m. before they descend the hill into Echo Dale Park for a low amble along the top trail. MHIP warns those interested that trails can be a little uneven, so sturdy walking shoes are recommended, and as the program will be outside, to dress appropriately for the weather and bring water.
