Medicine Hat College exhibition shares vision through an artist’s eyes

A new art exhibition at the Medicine Hat College One on One Gallery and TREX Space invites visitors into the living room of graduating art and design students to see the world through their eyes.

Until April 25 members of the community are invited to the Living:Room Art & Design Grad Show that “creates a third space” where the visitor is comfortable viewing work, but is also drawn into the creator’s space.

“The exhibition invites you into the graduating class’s comfortable and cozy living room,” reads a promotion ad. “Living:Room creates a third space where the visitor is comfortable viewing the work, but is also drawn into the creator’s space. The show embodies the group’s instinct to seek comfort as we navigate our academic journey.”

The art exhibition can be viewed by the public from Monday to Friday at the One on One Gallery from 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m, and Tuesday to Saturday at TREX Space from noon to 5 p.m.
