Library holding event at local coffee house where Hatters can nerd out

Fans of all things nerdy are invited down to Station Coffee next week for the Medicine Hat Public Library’s latest social event.

The “Sips and Socials: Nerd Night” is a free drop-in program for residents to “talk all things “nerdy,” like Star Wars, Star Trek, Magic: The Gathering, comic books, board games and more, as you proudly let your nerd flag fly,” says MHPL.

Each table will have a set conversation topic, to allow for attendees to find those who share common interests and make new connections with their local peers. Snacks will be provided, and drinks will be available for purchase.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. on Feb. 27, and MHPL thanks Station Coffee for being willing to host.
