Firekeepers Women’s Society hosting free craft circle

Later this month members of the Firekeepers Women’s Society will be instructing a free craft circle at Medicine Hat College’s gather space Ómahksípiitaa, Big Eagle.

The college’s Indigenous Engagement & Student Supports Office is hosting the cultural event that will include free supplies and food with registration. The craft circle is planned for two hours on Feb. 26 starting at 4:30 p.m. The event is free to all members of the community.

Alumni Movie Day

College alumni are invited to reconnect with their fellow classmates and enjoy a morning at the movie theatre.

This year alumni are invited to watch Dog Man at Galaxy Cinemas for free and enjoy one regular popcorn for alumni and their families.

Showtime begins at 10 a.m on Feb. 22. Alumni are required to bring their card to qualify.
