MH Public Library to help residents find themselves with Enneagram Adventure

The Medicine Hat Public Library is inviting residents to get a deeper understanding of themselves through an “Enneagram Adventure.”

An enneagram is a personality system that features unique types of person, often used in the modern day to examine interpersonal dynamics and move toward self-awareness, self-understanding and self-development, both professionally and personally.

“Whether you’re a ‘Perfectionist,’ a ‘Helper’ or a ‘Peacemaker,’ you’ll discover your core motivations, strengths and challenges,” the library says. “Through a quiz and lively discussion, you’ll learn how the Enneagram can improve your self-awareness – while having a blast along the way!”

Registration for this event, which will be hosted at 2 p.m. on Jan 18, is required, and can be found on the library’s website.
