Police seek aid identifying shoplifting suspect

The Medicine Hat Police Service is seeking help from the public in regards to a series of local shoplifting incidents.

On Dec 28, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m, a male suspect and a believed accomplice visited local businesses and shoplifted several valuable pieces of merchandise. MHPS is seeking assistance in identifying one of the suspects, whose likeness was captured on camera.

Anyone who may have information that could aid in the identification of this suspect is encouraged to contact MHPS by calling 403-529-8481.

Tips can also be submitted online via the MHPS website (mhps.ca) or mobile app, which is free to download and available for both Apple and Android devices. Tips made via these services can be made anonymously, if preferred.
