A final look at southwest Saskatchewan provincial election candidates as early voting underway

Early voting continues in Saskatchewan through Saturday ahead of the general election in that province on Monday.

In the southwestern riding of Cypress Hills, residents can vote between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. at locations in Maple Creek, Leader, Shaunavon, Gull Lake, Cabri, Eastend, Eatonia, Kyle and Eston through Oct. 26.

Voting concludes with the general election on Monday, Oct. 28.

Official candidates lists for ridings in the southwest:

Cypress Hills – Clare McNabb (NDP), Doug Steele (Sask Party), Doug Wilson (Buffalo Party).

Swift Current – Everett Hindley (Sask Party), Jay Kimball (NDP), Constance Maffenbeie (Buffalo), George Watson (Green).

Kindersley-Biggar – Kim Gartner (Sask), Cindy Hoppe (NDP), Darcy Robilliard (Green), Wade Sira (ind.), Jeff Wortman (Buffalo).

Wood River – Clint Anderson (PC Sask), David Marit (Sask Party), Todd McIntyre (Sask United), Melvin Pylypchuk (Green), Mike Topola (NDP).
