Health foundation fundraiser brings in $2,300 for hospital’s pediatrics department

The Medicine Hat Health Foundation would like to express its gratitude for the successful Wheels of Hope fundraiser.

This fundraiser was organized by two Grade 12 students, Kade Draganiuk and Saran Ramanujam, and a team of four cyclists who biked from Medicine Hat to Brooks, a total of 200 kilometres in support of the pediatrics department of the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital.

The Wheels of Hope fundraiser gathered more than $2,300 to purchase comfort and distraction items for patients of the pediatrics department, and there are already talks regarding another ride next year.
