The tastiest part of Stampede week has begun.
The annual Stampede pancake breakfasts are underway, with the first two held on Saturday and Monday. The first breakfast Saturday was well attended at the Homestead Market.
Monday’s breakfast was at the front doors of the Medicine Hat College, with people lined up out front for a stack of pancakes and short-links.
There are five more pancake breakfasts on the schedule for the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede week and a new addition, a pulled pork lunch as well.
There is a pulled pork lunch scheduled for Thursday from noon to 2 p.m., held at the Premier Best Western.
