The crash occurred at the corner of Highways Nos. 544 and 873, about five kilometres north of Brooks, when the tractor slowed to make a left turn. Both vehicles were towed. There is no current update on the hospitalized driver’s condition.

Run on Dodge trucks

A stolen Dodge truck was recovered at the site where another Dodge pickup was taken, Brooks Mounties say.

Authorities were called to a business in the city at 6 p.m. on Sunday where owners reported a 1997 maroon -coloured Dodge Ram was stolen.

At the site, RCMP recovered a silver 2001 Dodge Ram flat deck truck that was reported stolen earlier in the day along with a trailer at an address in the city’s west end.
