Safe robbed at Tim Hortons restaurant in Brooks

@MedicineHatNews Brooks RCMP officers say thieves broke into the safe of a doughnut shop last week and made off with a “large amount of cash.” A summary of reports from the detachment states that on June 13, officers responded to a break-and-enter call at 4:19 a.m. at the Tim Hortons’ location on Fourth Street W. They found that a grinder had been used to remove the safe’s door. The investigation is ongoing. 6-5
