An unnamed 33-year-old female and 34-year-old Tim Nymark-Guerette have been charged after police received reports that an altercation had occurred at the residence involving a firearm, and one of the victims received a broken hand during the altercation. The unnamed female and Nymark-Guerette then fled the scene in a vehicle that was shortly located by patrol officers, and a high-risk vehicle stop was conducted where both suspects were taken into custody. Upon searching the vehicle police located a black CO2 air soft pistol. Nymark-Guerette has been charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, theft under $5,000, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace and two counts of breach of undertaking.
