Gas City Campground pump track to temporary close for construction

news@medicinehatnews.com The pump track at Gas City Campground has been closed to allow crews to construct a shade structure. The pump track will be closed to the public starting May 27 for approximately two weeks until the middle of June. During this time the pump track site will be inaccessible, however adjacent traffic lanes will remain open. The roadways to the off-leash park and campground will remain open. The city is advising pedestrians using the nearby road and trail to exercise caution near the construction and says safety measures will be implemented onsite to indicate the construction zone. 5-4
