Schools chess tourney goes Saturday at CHHS

@MedicineHatNews The Medicine Hat schools chess tournament is set to take place Saturday. The Medicine Hat Chess Club will host the event at Crescent Heights High School, and is exclusively for school-aged players in four divisions. Elementary school students will compete in two divisions – Grades 1-4 and Grades 5-6 – apart from junior high and high school divisions. Registration is $20 with entry forms available at schools or available on the day before 9 a.m. Multiple matches are guaranteed, say organizers. 7-6
