The interactive and educational webinar will guide participants through a step-by-step approach to create a personal emergency preparedness kit, while also focusing on emotional and social wellness. This program is primarily tailored toward adults, particularly those looking to learn skills to cope with disasters and emergencies, and to deal with stress. The one-hour course is available May 6 from 10-11 a.m. or 7-8 p.m, May 7 at 9-10 a.m, May 8 at 2-3 p.m or 6:30-7:30 p.m, May 9 at 10-11 a.m or 1:30-2:30 p.m, or May 10 at 10-11 a.m. Further information can be found on the AHS website.
