Pair arrested in Swift on multiple drug charges

https://www.medicinehatnews.com@MedicineHatNews Mounties in Swift Current have arrested two residents of that city after police say they seized cocaine and fentanyl pills in a house raid Wednesday. The Swift Current Trafficking Response Team says 42 grams of tablets were confiscated along with small amounts of fentanyl powder, methamphetamine and cash. Samantha Nastuk, 30, and Derek Ruest, 35, are each charged with two counts of drug trafficking, two counts of drug possession and one count of possessing the proceeds of crime. They are scheduled to appear in Saskatchewan Provincial Court at Swift Current on Dec. 4. 6-5
