Echo Dale boat lake opens today

Boaters will be able to launch off at Echo Dale starting today. The City of Medicine Hat announced via social media Thursday afternoon the reopening of the boat lake at Echo Dale Regional Park. The lake is set to open today at 7 a.m. after being closed for the entire summer due to the liner being replaced. The opening of the swim lake at Echo Dale was also delayed, with swimmers unable to beat the heat until July 15. 4-3
