Medicine Hat’s Interpretive Program is showcasing artwork made by local high school students in a new exhibit titled ‘Young Artists Inspired by Nature.’
On display from Jan. 3 to 31 in the Police Point Park Nature Centre, the exhibit will feature works of various mediums made by students of McCoy, Crescent Heights and Medicine Hat high schools, all with nature as the central theme.
Hatters are encouraged to stop in the centre – open Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – and view the free-of-charge exhibit. The public is also invited to attend an opening reception Jan. 11 at 7 p.m.
