Several community dinners planned for the Holiday Season

Hatters have several opportunities to enjoy a warm and welcoming Christmas meal free of charge this Holiday Season.

Dec. 23:

Community members are invited to gather at Medicine Hat’s Mustard Seed’s Allowance Avenue location on Dec. 23 for a seasonal breakfast, served from 8-10 a.m.

And later, the Salvation Army Resource Centre is welcoming Hatters to a Christmas supper at Fifth Avenue Memorial United Church, beginning at 5 p.m.

Dec. 24:

Celebrations continue Dec. 24 at St. Barnabas Anglican Church where a Christmas Eve meal will be served, beginning at 2 p.m.

Dec. 25:

On Christmas Day, Hatters are invited to immerse themselves in the spirit of the season at the annual Spirit of Christmas Feast, being held at Medicine Hat’s Root Cellar Food and Wellness Hub. The meal begins at 5 p.m.

Note: Medicine Hat’s Kiwanis clubs are also hosting their annual Christmas dinner on this date, for those spending the Holidays alone, however pre-registration was required.

Dec. 31:

And on the last day of 2022, St. Barnabas Anglican Church is hosting a New Year’s Eve meal, beginning at 2 p.m.
