Interpretive Centre hosting snow geese migration tour Saturday

The Medicine Hat Interpretive Centre is inviting the community to bear witness to the annual fall snow geese migration on Saturday.

The Snow Geese Migration Extravaganza will feature a guided trip with hopes to spot Canada and white-fronted geese, as well as tundra swans, coots and maybe even loons.

Anyone interested in joining the caravan can meet at the Gershaw Drive A&W at 2 p.m., with a scheduled departure of 2:15 p.m.

Those attending are encouraged to bring binoculars, cameras and to dress appropriately for weather conditions. Depending on attendance and interest, the tour could take up to three hours.
