Junior oil firm Cor4 Oil seeks bids for its dry natural gas properties near Suffield

Junior oil and gas producer Cor4 Oil is soliciting bids for its dry natural gas properties that border the northern portions of CFB Suffield. In a listing through Sayers Energy Advisors, the private firm that is focused on oil production near Brooks is asking for offers on fields and other non-core properties in southeast Alberta. The combined production totals about 4,700 Mcf per day, with the largest field, Jenner, providing about two-thirds the total. The listing states the company believes the fields are under capitalized and have the potential for redevelopment. Other contiguous fields are located near Dinosaur/Patricia and Cessford, while another field, dubbed “Medicine Hat” by the company, lays northwest of Schuler in Cypress County. Various other properties in Specials Areas are also included in the listing. The bid deadline is in November. 8-7
