It was the largest project announced on Wednesday in Saskatoon for qualifying projects

Money will also support the construction of a new $20.9-million sports complex near the Gordie Howe Bowl in Saskatoon, and nine other projects related to storm, sewage of potable water management across the province.

Ottawa’s grant awards total $39.7 million and the province’s $32.5 million goes toward projects budgeted to cost a total of $97.9 million.
