Safety City hosting rock-paper-scissors event

Safety City Medicine Hat is hosting a massive rock-paper-scissors contest for kids.
The event is set to occur Sept. 14 at the Stampede Grounds auditorium for students from Grades 1-6.
There will also be a bike rodeo, cash prizes for the winner and their school, as well as a prize draw.
Registration begins at 1 p.m.
According to its website, the mission of Safety City is “to lead our communities by promoting and delivering educational programs and build partnership collaboration to meet our health, safety, and injury prevention needs.”
