Albertans are invited to provide the government with feedback as part of its review of Alberta Health Services. In a statement, Health Minister Tyler Shandro says the purpose of the review is to “reduce costs and improve health services.” Accounting firm Ernst & Young will also be consulting AHS employees and other stakeholders for the review. “Any savings that are found as a result of the review will be reinvested into the health system,” Shandro said. The final report will be publicly released upon completion, he added. Members of the public looking to provide input can do so at https://www.alberta.ca/alberta-health-services-review.aspx 7
