Suspects sought by police after home invasion in Crescent Heights

Medicine Hat News Police are looking for suspects after an early morning home invasion in Crescent Heights on Friday. Authorities say several men forced their way into a residence in the northwest part of the community at about 4:15 a.m., brandishing weapons and making threats toward the people inside. They fled once police were called without taking any property and without inflicting physical harm to the victims. No description of the suspects can be provided, according to a Friday release by the Medicine Hat Police Service. They believe the residence was specifically targeted and feel there is no general public safety risk.
