Christmas tree recycling options

Medicine Hat News Within days you will be “undecorating” your Christmas tree and if it is a real tree there are three locations you can take it to for recycling. From Dec. 27, 2018 to Jan. 31, 2019 you can drop it off at: 240 Kipling Street SE – Kipling Street Recycling Depot, 172 Altawana Drive NE – Shamrock Recycling Depot, or 3292 Dunmore Road SE – Southwest corner of the Medicine Hat Mall parking lot. The city requests you remove all plastic bags, stands, tinsel and decorations before dropping it off.
