Minor injuries in morning collision

A collision during the morning commute resulted in minor injuries for at least one of the people involved.
A moped collided with a car in the area of Sierra Boulevard and Saamis Rotary Way around 8 a.m.
Medicine Hat police say minor injuries resulted and an eyewitness said there was an ambulance on scene.
Police have asked people to avoid the area due to traffic congestion.
