Construction activity at Strachan Corner is buzzing.
A 7-Eleven convenience store, car wash and gas station are the latest to be unveiled. A new Tim Hortons has already opened.
The old Walmart building on site was demolished earlier this year and the new development includes a Save-on-Foods. A building going up closer to the off ramp from the Trans-Canada Highway is for a hair and body retailer. There will also be a Liquor Depot near the supermarket.
Brentwood Developments website has a schematic showing how Strachan Corner is likely to look after development.
