MHRA celebrate six graduates after U19 Mustangs capture provincials silver

The Medicine Hat Ringette Association is saying thank you and goodbye to six longtime Mustangs.

Following the U19B Mustangs silver medal at Provincials over the weekend, six players, Bella Heinrichs, Kyree Rebmann-Stern, Karly Stennick, Brooklyn Thomas, Kasey Martin and Ava Allchurch, are aging out of the program.

“Their incredible effort at Provincials was a true reflection of the commitment they’ve shown all season long. They led by example, competed with heart, and gave everything they had right until the final whistle,” a MHRA release says.

“These athletes have helped shape the culture of the Mustangs program and their impact will be felt for years to come. While their time with the team may be ending, the legacy they leave behind is something special.”
