CP News Alert: Carney announces three byelections for April 13

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney has announced three byelections will be held on April 13.

The byelections were called in the ridings of Scarborough Southwest and University-Rosedale, where two Liberal MPs stepped down, and in Terrebonne where the Supreme Court nullified a win.
