newsdesk@medicinehatnews.com Hatters will set clocks one forward to “spring forward” beginning early Sunday morning. The Daylight Saving Time change will occur at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday. Hatters will then “fall back” on Nov. 1 this year at 2 a.m. At a recent press conference Premier Daneille Smith said her government will consult on doing away with the biannual time change. Residents in B.C. will be spring forward for the last time this weekend after the province adopted a year-round Pacific daylight time. The province adopted Daylight Saving Time in 1971 after a referendum on the subject passed with more than 61 per cent of voters. 8
