CANBERRA — Prime Minister Mark Carney is meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at the Australian Parliament in Canberra.

In a speech in Sydney on Wednesday, Carney urged middle powers to band together and said Canada and Australia share the advantages of legitimacy and trust.
