MANFRED SIEVERT


MANFRED SIEVERT 1932 ~ 2026 Heinz August Manfred Sievert passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the age of 93 years. Manfred leaves to honour his memory: son, Peter; adopted children, Nick and Christina Davy and their children, Adam and Jordan as well as his four legged buddy, Marvin. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Hildegard and daughter, Gabriele. Manfred immigrated from Germany to Medicine Hat in 1955. He was one of the original members of the Medicine Hat Rock and Lapidary Club, lifetime member of the Coin and Stamp Club, German Canadian Harmony Club as well as the Medicine Hat Multicultural Folk Arts Council. Manfred also spent many years as the makeup artist for Medicine Hat Musical Theatre. A Celebration of Manfred’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating. PEGGY TIMMS

PEGGY TIMMS We sadly announce that after a difficult battle with Dementia, Peggy Ann Timms (Culler/Peterson) passed away surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 78 on February 19, 2026.
She is survived by and will be sadly missed and always remembered by her children Tammy Burke (Tim Winchester), Corinna Culler (Stephen Moser), Alana Culler-Frank (Owen Frank) and her grandchildren Ryan, Jordan (Rebecca), Jeffery, Alyssa (Justin), Braelynn (Victor), Amethyst (Mike), Trenton, Kiegan, Lexi, Katanna, Blaize and Rio. She had 6 great grandchildren. She will never be forgotten by her surviving brother John (Leslie) Timms and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Peggy was predeceased by her parents Charles and Della Timms, her husband Dan Culler and former spouse Floyd Peterson, her sisters LaRea Anderson, Karren Barber and Tisha Whitehead, her niece Heather Navratil and grandson Kaleb Owsjanikow.
Peggy married Danny in 1967 in Calgary, AB and then moved to Kelowna, BC. They were blessed with 3 daughters. The family was later sealed in the Cardston Temple. Peggy was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was very talented artistically. She had a great love for the gospel and served the LDS church and community in any way she could. Peggy will be remembered as living a life full of kindness and compassion and her memory will live on in all our hearts.
